KUCHEASY was founded by an international professional who has lived and worked across more than 15 countries and has been investing in Albania for over a decade. He came to Albania as a foreign investor, with no local contacts, no insider knowledge, and no roadmap, and built his understanding of the market deal by deal, year by year, across different parts of the country. It was that experience, and the deep appreciation it gave him for the value of trusted local knowledge, that eventually led him to the right local partner, and to the idea that would become KUCHEASY.

That journey was not without its difficulties. Over the years he encountered documentation that did not hold up under scrutiny, procedures that changed without warning, and deals that appeared legitimate until they were not. He dealt with misrepresented ownership, agents whose interests did not align with his, and situations that could have gone seriously wrong without the right knowledge at the right moment. Those experiences did not discourage him. They taught him exactly what foreign investors need to know before they commit.
